  • Key Responsibilities : 1: Monitoring application performance and availability via monitoring tools; investigation, escalation and resolution of performance issues howsoever reported 2: Operational acceptance testing and support within full end-to end tests of application releases 3 :Produces and updates support documentation and conducts walk through/handover to support team
    
  • Technical Experience : 1: Must know Usage of webMethods deployer and SAG components Administration console 2: Must have good hands on experience in installation, configurations and administration of IS, UM, MWS,TN, Optimize, BPMs, CentraSite and Mediator of SAG 101 and above versions 3: Must have Ant, ABE, UM, ESB Flow Service knowledge 4: Should have Experience working with any CI Tool like TFS, Azure DevOps, GIT etc 5: Should be able to guide junior resources 6 :Should be able to plan and execute
