  • Key Responsibilities : a: Develop Teradata SQL queries in accordance to clients needs and requirements b Should be well-versed with the architecture of Teradata with focus mainly on data distribution, data retrieval, skewness c Should be able to understand and effectively implement various Teradata utilities such as BTEQ, MLOAD, FLOAD, TPT, TPUMP, etc d: Help in performance tuning of the existing complex and large queries as also modify them for the new requirements e Ensure quality of deliverables using development
    
  • Technical Experience : a: 3-5 years of experience of working Teradata BI b: Proficient with SQL, experience with DBMS Teradata SQL Server c Familiarity with Unix environments, Shell scripting, Extract, Transform Load methodology d Familiarity with SDLC Requirements gathering, design, build, testing, QA, deployment e Strong Hands-on experience in handling complex Teradata Queries
