  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Create dashboards using Splunk/EFK/QM based on operations requirement Perform analysis of customer comments by doing text classification, sentiment analysis Triage customer issues by identifying the customer impact using various tools like splunk, EFK, Quantum metric etc and take it to logical conclusion by handing over the issue to problem management team
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Should have overall experience of 3-4 years with minimum of 1-2 years in managing similar profile 2 Should be good in splunk 3 Ready to work on a customer experience analysis role
