  • Key Responsibilities : A: we are looking for a functional FICA profile with experience in the Dunning process to support the implementation; B: Work directly with client team and SME on understanding the function and technical requirements; C:Write the Impact assessment and functional, technical designs; D:Build and test management; d:Status reporting
    
  • Technical Experience : A: 4 plus exp with Dunning Procedures/Dunning Levels Dunning proposal and activities; B:Transitioning from current Dunning Procedures into new Dunning procedures In-flight notices mapping between new and old Dunning Procedures; C:Customer segmentation changing Dunning Procedure in different FICA triggers such as Receive of Payments, Invoice postings and others ; D:Testing and regression Dunning processes
    
  • Professional Attributes : A:Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in the given time frame; B:Resource should have strong analytical skills and affinity to solve problems individually or collaboratively as a team; C:Good communication and presentation skills; D: should have leadership qualities
