  • Key Responsibilities : a Configure/Modify the interfaces in support of the Global Design and SAP/SF prototype design build b Coordinate SAP-HCM changes as identified by the Sr BA for SF/SAP on the program to ensure mappings, target system can accept the replication of data c Support the Systems/UAT testing run replication, triage error reporting, run interface test files and assist with the review d Support Break/Fix prior to go-live and during Hypercare in conjunction with the Integration partner
    
  • Technical Experience : a Knowledge of xml and Data models b EC Basic flow to HR Actions and Flow and EC Workbook creation Understanding c SAP EC User Data Imports and Exports d Excellent understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in Global organizations e SF Compensation, PMGM Career-Succession Planning, Recruitment f SF technical administration including users, batch jobs etc
    
  • Professional Attributes : a Review the Impact analysis of Global Design to identify and design changes needed to the SAP/EC interfaces including the BOOMI replication b Configure/Modify the interfaces in support of the Global Design and SAP/SF prototype design build
