  • Key Responsibilities : a Must have SAP Sales and Distribution and SAP Global trade services skill experience for more than 3 to 4 years b Monitoring the tickets queues and managing the same within the SLAs c Handling the day to day production issues d Should have experience in handling the AO/AMS projects e Should have experience in the integration SD with MM,FICO PP
    
  • Technical Experience : a Good experience in the Sales order process and Global trade services skill experience mandatory b Good experience in the Delivery Billing/Invoice process c Should have hands on experience in preparing the FS/FDs d Good knowledge in the Tables and Sales order User Exits
    
  • Professional Attributes : a Shall be able to work independently and collaboratively with teams across shores b Should be process compliance oriented and good with training documentation c Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
