  • Key Responsibilities : Understanding client requirements Tracking of deliverables during releases Documentation/ reporting/ solving of issues with respect of APO Taking care of Customer Satisfaction, and zero slippage To ensure no compromise on Quality and Accuracy of the specifications sent to the client
    
  • Technical Experience : Should have experience in APO with hands on with CIF/ SNP and PPDS: a Master data Plant/ Material/ Work center/ Routing/ etc b Planning books c Planning engines: a Heuristic b Deployment c Safety stock d Alerts and queue monitoring e Process chains and background jobs f CIF and its debugging of errors g PDS/ Tlanes/ CVCs and resource master data experience
