  • Key Responsibilities : A: To manage the Program Management Office and deliver the functional responsibilities of resource, financial, spend and operations management tasks for the account B: To organize and deliver all the performance reporting required to monitor and review project management stage gates C: To be a quick-self-learner, team player and drive the team towards performance oriented goals as per management strategy D Understanding of time sheet requirements and preparing utilization report
    
  • Technical Experience : A: Adopt with delivering project management frameworks solutions and hands on expertise with Excel VBA, and analytical tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView etc, B: Prior experience of being the lead for large delivery accounts and working with teams across geographies, financial and operations management tasks for the account C Sharepoint administration
    
  • Professional Attributes : a: Should be good in communication, team handling b: Strong written and verbal skills c: Good team collaboration skills and be able to manage and both offshore and onshore teams d: Should be able to support in shifts if required and to stretch to liase with onshore
