  • Key Responsibilities : a: Need to perform functional configuration for business requirement b: Propose the solution and recommend the architectural or business changes c: Resolving user issue and support them on daily operational tasks
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Should have knowledge of CRM integration with other modules like FICA, DM etc b: Hands on experience on WRICEF objects c: Understanding of basic technical concepts of ABAP d: Aware of front-end processes e: Good command over flows of ISU specially meter to cash process
    
  • Professional Attributes : a: Excellent communication skill b: Should have Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
    
  • Educational Qualification : MTECH, BTECH / B-E, MCA, BSc-IT
