  • Key Responsibilities : a:Should have hands on experience on SAP upgrade projects and day to day SAP Basis support activities ECC, BW, PI, Solman b:Knowledge to grab the functional understanding of the project in short span c:Should have good knowledge of using SUM, SWPM, NW upgrade tool, Maintenance planner and other upgrade tools d:Knowledge of DBs Oracle, SQL Anywhere and various performance analysis tools e:Knowledge to fetch various performance stats like IO/Memory/Process utilization for various processes
    
  • Technical Experience : a:Should have good knowledge on SAP application upgrade, NetWeaver upgrade b:Should have hands on experience in HP UX, Linux, Windows operating systems and should have sound knowledge of Oracle database c:Knowledge to solman activities EWA generation, solman alert tuning, solman to managed system connectivity d:Experience in support activities on ECC, BW, SOLMAN, SAP BO, PI will be added advantage e:Should have good experience in SAP Performance troubleshooting
    
  • Professional Attributes : a:Should have good troubleshooting skills b:Good Communication and presentation skills including verbal and written c:Should have very good performance analysis upgrade skills d:Should be able to lead team and guide/help junior resources e:Strong deep dive troubleshooting and resolution skills
    
  • Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
