  • Key Responsibilities : a :Salesforce Configuration, Customization, Apex, Process Builder b: Salesforce Lightning Experience, Salesforce Integration, ServiceCloud Hands-on experience in implementation of significant customization using Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation, VF components, batch Apex etc c: Good troubleshooting skills, familiarity with deployment process and tools d: Knowledge of Development tools, IDEs, and configuration management tools, defect management process and tools
    
  • Technical Experience : a Sound knowledge on Service cloud implementation and processes Salesforce FSL experience with hands on configurations b Knowledge on Visual workflows, Process builders, Apex, Lightning Aura and LWC Good exposure to REST and SOAP API services
    
  • Professional Attributes : a :Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore b: Ability to plan and execute tasks as per agreed timelines and budget c: Excellent team player and ability to work independently and assist junior team members
