  • Key Responsibilities : a: Work on the production incident, defects and problems raised in the production environment within the SLA b: Support the production environment and work with other product support teams/third parties involved to resolve major issues and perform root cause analysis c: Setup and tune the monitoring alerts and dashboard for monitoring the applications d: Automate the frequent manual tasks which we do as part of regular BAU activities e: Building reusable components and front-end libraries
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Min 4 years hands on experience on reactjs b: Min 2 years exposure working on any cloud platform, Google cloud is preferable c: Good to have firebase and java knowledge d:Experience with Agile methodologies SCRUM, Kanban and tools JIRA
