  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer 2 Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool 3 Troubleshoot issues with Azure Cloud Deployment 4 Individual contributor role 5 Work in 24 x 7 support model
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Extensive experience on Azure Cloud platform 2 Monitoring event management alert dispatch for PaaS / IaaS 3 Incident, Problem, Change, Request for PaaS 4 Knowledge of Windows server technology 5 Backup Management 6 Antivirus Patch Management
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Should have 3 years of experience in Azure cloud support role 2 Should have experience performing Azure cloud troubleshooting 3 Should have experience in Incident Management, Change Management 4 Good understanding of procedures, application and concepts within own subject area
    
  • Educational Qualification : BE
