  • Key Responsibilities : a: Should be able to monitor app stack using APM tools such as HP Diagnostics/ CA Wily/ Dynatrace/ AppDynamics etc and in-depth analysis of server application metric data b: Should have good analysis skills to identify performance issues c: Should be responsible for the execution of detailed Performance test plans, and test scripts in the Billing, Online, Mediation, CRM or Middleware domains in a Telecom environment
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Should have significant competency in concepts related to OS, Java Tier Architecture, JVM, GC, DB oracle and SQL server monitoring, AWR report analysis from performance testing point of view b: Should be willing to work on weekends/ extra hours for critical project activities
    
  • Professional Attributes : a: Good communication and leadership skills b: Good team handling skills c: Good analytical and presentation skills d: Ability to work under pressure
