• Key Responsibilities : • Able to handle projects with little or no supervision • Have knowledge on Estimation techniques and assessment of the IBM Maximo project for performance, scalability etc • Experience with IBM Maximo 6.x added advantage • Conduct boot camps and trainings internally and externally • Thought Leadership activities in the form of assets, accelerators, POCs, POVs
  
• Technical Experience : • Having 6-8 years of experience in IBM Maximo java customization. • Technical/Functional expertise on more than one of Industry Specific products of IBM Maximo and IBM Maximo Add – On. • Have sound work experience and understanding on all IBM Maximo Modules in latest 7.x version in technical or functional areas • Having experience on end-to-end implementation project for IBM Maximo • Have work experience in activities like Data Migration/IBM Maximo installation/IBM Maximo Configuration • Have expertise in SQL and PL SQL Scripts in IBM Maximo database
  
• Professional Attributes : • Good communication skill and able to articulate the solution to larger group • Have provided SME support related to Estimation for Functional enhancement. • Have sound knowledge and expertise on Middleware tool like Message Broker, TIBCO etc in integration and Wdbservices. • Have project management experience on a medium project • Should have experience in reporting
