  • Key Responsibilities : A:Successful transition of L1-L2-L3 services for core and non-core applications from Bank and respective partners B:Build / Create required transition repository across functions / applications during transition C:Build the right team with required skills to deliver L1-L2-L3 services during and post completion of transition D:Delivery of Service Requests, Incidents and Problem Management E:Compliance on agreed internal / client metrics, client SLAs response and resolution across priority
    
  • Technical Experience : A:Prior experience on Application Development and Program Management for Indian Banks B:Prior techno functional experience on Finacle and Finacle EBanking 102 version for Indian Banks or higher version across Retail and Corporate banking configuration and customization C:Exposure to Finacle Integration FI and Finacle customization tools - custom workbench, scripting studio, report designer is preferred
