Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1: Should be able to understand testing concepts very clearly Unit Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, SIT/UAT Testing, various smoke testing, etc 2: Should be able to create Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Test Data, 3: Must able to grab the functional understanding of the project Knowledge of using ALM Basic SQL/query writing skills Select, Insert, Update, JOINS, etc 4: Responsible to fetch various performance
    
  • Technical Experience : 1: Basic understanding of JIRA, jMeter tool or any automated testing tool or performance testing tool 2: Knowledge on various performance tunning techniques query tunning/optimization, BTEQ 3: Experience on any ETL Datastage/Informatica
