  • Key Responsibilities : A:Perform monitoring of all physical and virtual storage infrastructure environments as per the agreed SLAs with respect to the availability, performance and quality of service B:Monitor the storage IOPS Total, Random and Sequential Read/Write, based on the standard benchmark C:Monitoring and management of the Storage Infrastructure D:Responsible for the all incident related cases as well as preliminary investigations of problem tickets
    
  • Technical Experience : A:Create and adhere to the storage management policy and management of disk array, SAN , fabric/switches, NAS, tape library, etc B:Define off-site storage requirements C:Perform monitoring storage controller and OS logs, alert logs, event logs D:Maintaining the log register, updating the register etc E:Monitoring and enhancement of the performance of scheduled backups, schedule regular backup restoration drills
