  • Key Responsibilities : a Worked on Life Annuity Product b Product Must have Skills : Individual Life c Good analytical and debugging skills d Needs to have proactive attitude, willing to work with different teams across Projects as required e Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology f Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables
    
  • Technical Experience : a Overall 15 yrs on proven complex Delivery exposure and US Life Insurance Policy Admin b At least 2 years of direct client facing/onshore experience in lead roles c Technology stacks: Deep expertise in System Integration SI Industry Insurance, preferred given the asset based nature of work which is a blend of technology and life insurance domain d Domain Experience At least 4-5 years in Life and Annuity Insurance in platform or custom solutions
    
  • Professional Attributes : a Expertise in functional/ technical architecture b Hands-on experience in transforming the large programs c Experience in connecting with the business users road map creation d Good to have large implementation experience in FS Life Insurance e Good to Have: 1 LOMA certification
