Project Role : Scrum MasterProject Role Description : Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the teams progress. • Key Responsibilities : A 6-8 years of hands on programming experience on any of the modern technologies Eg Java, net, PHP, Python etc B Should have been part of an Agile team for minimum of 5yrs C Experience on XP, Devops, clean code principles, TDD, BDD, pair programming,
  
• Technical Experience : A Experienced Developer/ Tech Lead / Team Lead to technology organization B Skills in design, development and programming in object-oriented and client server platforms C Experienced at mentoring other developers good to have
  
• Professional Attributes: 1 Good Communication skills 2 Talk on technical debts, Engineering practices, ability to communicate the problem statements/challenges
  
• Educational Qualification: Graduate
  
• Additional Information: Good to have CSD- Certified Scrum Developer Certification
