  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Must have played the role of a scrum master for 3 years 2 Able to caluculate sprint velocity,manage a good sprint health 3 Must have atleast 3yrs of project mgmt exp 4 Coordinate sprints,retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups 5 Coach team members in Agile frameworks 6 Be the point of contact for external communications 7 Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests 8 Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur 9 Help teams implement changes effectively
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Understand the SAFE Agile Framework 2 Facilitate meetings - daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective 3 Coaching Agile practices 4 Tight grip on Agile Estimating and planning 5 Forecasting 6 Removing impediments 7 Creating communication channel - team, Product owner, stakeholder
