Oracle HCM Cloud Time&Labor Specialist should have a strong background on Implementing IT business Solution in Oracle Fusion HCM co existence environment and have a strong communication skills and build solid relationship with clients as they partner with the business SME to gather and document requirements, develop functional design specifications for application or integrations. They focus on building, updating, enhance applications and/or integrate with existing business applications to support client business operations. They also participate in identifying custom integrations to connect Oracle HCM Cloud with legacy, third-party systems. They should have a strong proficiency on all types of test phases (System Test, Integration, Functionality Testing and UAT) to help identifying areas for improvement and be able to share best practices. Take active responsibility for agreeing on resolution dates and resolving open queries and assist with cutover planning.
Degree in preferably in Business Human Resources, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related HR IT discipline
Knowledge of the HR Time and Labor, Absence function and processes or relevant academic coursework professional certification programs
1 to 2 years experience in all phases of a full implementation lifecycle requirements gathering, design, build, golive, testing in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS, Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle Taleo, or other Cloud based HRIS
Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Modules is a plus
Demonstrated interest in Human Resource Information Systems preferably cloud based technologies and or HR Transformation subject matter
Willing to travel for short or long term assignments
