Dynatrace Operator - Associate

We are currently looking for a Dynatrace Operator in Madrid

Role Description
- Monitor critical Infrastructure and application performance and availability
- Responsible for troubleshooting and root-cause diagnosis of performance issues
- Ensure the health of the Iaas/Paas/APM (full-stack) deployment and update software with any necessary service packs
- Manage monitoring solutions (Dynatrace)

REQUIREMENTS
- Required qualification: FP or similar
- 1 year experience in Dynatrace Full-stack and Application Monitoring Development (worked on performance testing/engineering/analyzing activities Required experience)
- Knowledge of others monitoring solutions (Elastic, Splunk, AppDynamics, New Relic, Microfocus…) Knowledge of automation and scripting tools (Cloudformation, Ansible, cheff, puppet, etc)
- Knowledge of AWS and Azure
- Desirable Knowledge of ITSM integration
- English: medium level
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
