What skills & experience are we looking for?
• 10+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in designing solutions and web / distributed applications focused on Java Technologies
• 2+ years of experience in Leadership/Team Management
• Knowledge of Java frameworks
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Availability to travel
• Good level of spoken and written English
