• Key Responsibilities : 1- Lead a team of 4-5 developers 2- Prepare Technical Design based on high level design and business requirements for Integration 3- Perform Build and Unit test of Salesforce modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality 4- Conduct peer review, guide team members 5- Status reporting of the tasks complete by team as per agreed schedule and budget
  
• Technical Experience : 1- Salesforce Lightning Aura Components/LWC, Salesforce Configuration, Customization, SFDC Integration 2- SME in Salesforce Integration, PD1 or PD2 Certified 3- Development project on custom development using ForceCom Min 3 project executed end-end preferably using Agile methodology 4- Lightning Development, Lightning Components, Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation 5- Integration of SF with other SF, External Systems using Standard and custom SOAP, REST 6- 5-7 years of Salesforce exp
  
• Professional Attributes : 1- Good communication skills 2- Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore 3- Agile methodology is an advantage 4- Plan and execute tasks as per agreed timelines and budget 5- Team player, ability to work independently and assist juniors
  
• Educational Qualification : Minimum 15-year full time education
