  • Key Responsibilities : 1 - 2-3 years of Salesforce experience 2 - Prepare Technical Design based on high level design and business requirements for FSL 3 - Perform Build and Unit test of Salesforce modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality 4 - Conduct peer review, guide team members 5 - Status reporting of the tasks complete by team as per agreed schedule and budget
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 - Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, Customization 2 - SME in Service Cloud and FSL and PD1 Certified 3 - Development project on custom development using ForceCom Min 2 project executed end-end preferably using Agile methodology 4 - Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery 5 - Knowledge of Development tools, IDEs, and configuration management tools, defect management process and tools 6 - Plan and execute tasks as per agreed timelines and budget
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 - Good communication skills 2 - Ability to work with multiple stake holders onshore and offshore 3 - Team player, ability to work independently and assist juniors
    
  • Educational Qualification : Regular 15-year full time education
