  • Key Responsibilities : It would be an added advantage if he/she exposed to a role of scrum for Pega PRPC application as well telecom domain Should have excellent knowledge agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions Good knowledge on JIRA
    
  • Technical Experience : Manage each projects scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur help team to implement changes effectively Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
    
  • Professional Attributes : Coach team members in Agile frameworks Help build a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as a scrum master Should have certified as Certified scrum master or Professional Scrum Master
