• Project Role Description :Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

  • Key Responsibilities : 1 collaborate with stakeholders and executive staff for review and approval Test scripts automation using Worksoft Certify Review and Approve all test approaches 2 Resource should support TCoE Testing Center of Excellence Management in Automated Test strategy formulation, execution, process improvements and communication of test strategies to all stakeholders 3 Create and design the automated testing framework, strategies, and test scripts, according to the standards
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Requires good interaction skills; with senior client management, with ability to articulate 2 Required years of Test Automation experience in SAP projects 3 Requires advanced knowledge of automation frameworks, Worksoft Certify, status reporting, and general management
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication skills 2 Good leadership skills 3 Should have team handling skills 4 Must have analytical skills and presentation skills
