• Key Responsibilities : a Specialized Salesforce Architect with 12 years of relevant IT experience b Specialized Vlocity architect with relevant 5 years to design industry wide solution mainly in communication and financial services c Need deep understanding of SOW and clauses to execute and track the project d Ability to document project plan and review with client e Ability to understand the project financials and resource pyramid
  
• Technical Experience : a Technical Delivery of Salesforce Build and Application Maintenance Projects b Technical Skills: Good to have CRM experience and salesforce certifications c Process: ITIL V3, Project Management, Agile etc d Automation: Come up with automation ideas and implement in the project
  
• Professional Attributes : a Project Management: End to end project management and resource Management b Resource need to handle stake holder management risk and issues management c reporting to Accenture and client stakeholders
