  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Act as an adviser to the senior design leadership team Does market and design landscape research to support decisions on design strategy, tooling, collaboration frameworks and community building 2 Conduct primary, secondary research on strategic initiatives to help design make informed design decisions 3 Manage project timelines, bandwidth allocation, and stakeholder management across functions to unlock blockers for the design team 4Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Min 6 years of experience in product design, design related functions like user research, design Ops, product analysis, strategic design management, program management for design, marketing design or connected functions like product management, product analyst, research, business analyst and program manager 2 Well exposed to UCD processes, User centred design exercises, agile framework, research methodologies 3 Good knowledge of Product Management fundamentals either through education
