  • Key Responsibilities : Primary activities include maintenance, enhancements installation and support of the Business User requests/issues in SAS Grid environment b: The SAS Platform Administrator servers as a liaison between the SAS user community, internal SAS experts, and the IT infrastructure support teams c:Usage of ITSM tools Servicenow for ticket assignment and working on the Root cause of the incident tickets P1,P2, and P3 and Problem tickets
    
  • Technical Experience : 3-6 years SAS BI ADMIN Exp, worked on SAS 94 versions on Unix/RedHat platform, Expertise in SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Enterprise Miner, Base SAS, SAS Model Manager, Microsoft Add-in Client Installation /Troubleshooting is a plus b:Strong understanding of Linux/UNIX and how SAS integrates with these operating systems c:Troubleshoot batch jobs, node monitoring and services restarts d:Participate in license upgrade, hotfix installations Work with SAS Tech on critical issues and RCA
