  • Key Responsibilities : a Develop and configure the SuccessFactors Learning system as per client requirements b Update configuration workbooks and conduct playback sessions for finalization c Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks Result-oriented individual taking ownership to drive solutions end -to-end d Similar experience in following skills is also acceptable: SAP HCM - Any module, Workday Learning, Oracle HCM Cloud Learning
    
  • Technical Experience : a Develop test scenarios, write test scripts and execution as per the test case developed b Supporting client in various phases of design, build, testing to go-live c Experience on integration between SuccessFactors BizX to Learning / Employee Profile / Competencies d Develop and configure the SuccessFactors Learning system as per client requirements
    
  • Professional Attributes : a Must have good team handling skills b Attention to detail and strong interpersonal, communication and ability to work effectively c Should have good communication skill d Should be able to manage the team
