  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : a-Providing end-end support for Successfactors modules in scope like Employee Central, Performance Management/ Goal Management, Recruitment Management , Workforce Analytics, Integrations between SAP ECC Other 3rd Party applications like ADP, AD, Oversight, MIR3 etc b-Providing end-end support for SAP ECC HCM module for storing master data in ECC and other ECC related issues like Time writing, Integration via Business Integration Builder Implemented after EHH8 upgrade, automation program monitor
    • Technical Experience : Responsible for providing support and solutions to CPI Integrations team on various issues during Integration Migration, any outage or issues such as ADP integration issue, MIR3 issue, Oversight, Bluecross, SF AD sync, UMA tool etc where I have given key solutions and testing support for fixes and validations from API, Odata SOAP side of validations from SF Responsible for ensuring all IT tickets/ERs/CRs are documented as per the Murphy process with all necessary details documented on SNOW
    • Professional Attributes : a-Should have good communication
    • Educational Qualification : have minimum 15yrs of Educational qualification
