  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Handling the day to day production issues 2 Handling the calls with the business users 3 Gathering the requirements from the business users/BPM 4 Monitoring the tickets ques and managing the same within the SLAs
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Candidate should have good experience in the Organizations structure 2 Should have experience in handling the AO/AMS projects 3 Should have good communications skills and analytical skills 4 Good experience in the Sales order process 5 Good experience in the Delivery Billing/Invoice process 6 Should have hands on experience in preparing the FS/FDs 7 Good knowledge in the Tables and Sales order User Exits 8 Should have experience in the integration SD with MM,FICO PP 9 Good to have the ABAP deb
