  • Key Responsibilities : 1: Customer/Business, Partner management Order Management, Delivery Processing including dispatch process and transportation management 2: Creation of returns order/delivery knowledge on inspection documents, SDF generation, and customer refund determination 3: Creation of credit memo/debit memo request Monitor customer returns process IW59/IW65 Experience in Support Operations Business facing 4: Understanding of Business Processes and Design of SAP configuration
    
  • Technical Experience : 1: Should have strong hands-on experience in SAP SD Sales and Distribution along with SAP Purchasing MM PO Exposure 2: Experience in SAP S/4HANA Integrated Business Planning is desirable 3: Should have 5 years of SAP SD experience along with CS and EM modules 4: Functional Experience in SD Module covering 5: Basic understanding of SAP Authorizations 6: Make to Order Scenario, Third party sales, Individual Purchase order scenario, Make to stock Scenario, Availability check
