  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Should be able to handle issues independently related to PP/QM/PM as part of Application Maintenance 2 Should be able to provide solution and support end to end as part of Application Development Projects Change Requests 3 Handling the calls with the business users 4 Gathering the requirements from the business users/BPM 5 Monitoring the tickets queue and managing the same within the SLAs 6 Should be able to think towards Innovations Automations ideas
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Should have good knowledge of standard SAP PP/QM/PM 2 Good experience in the Process order process 3 Good experience on MRP 4 Good experience in the Quality certificates 5 Experience on Plant Maintenance 6 Able to handle calls and gather Information from business that are required for new developments or Projects 7 Should have good exp in working with SAP ABAP team for changes and new developments 8 Should have good knowledge on interfaces
