  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Must have a minimum of 5 to 6 years experience in SAP Solman consulting 2 Must have at least one E2E Solman implementation experience 3 Experience in handling and driving technical upgrades on Solman 4 Suggest process improvements and value additions for the clients 5 Must have involved in the planning of upgrades/installations of solman along with implementation of Technical Monitoring, Charm, Solution Documentation, Demand management, Integration with ServiceNow
    

  • Technical Experience : 1 Must have at least one Solman implementation experience

    2 Must have experience to work in a support environment and understand the concept of incident/change management

    3 Suggest process improvements and value additions for the clients

    4 Must have experience with alert monitor configurations/fine-tuning
