Job Requirements :
- Key Responsibilities : a Responsible for Preparation of Workflow functional design
b Responsible for preparation of Unit Testing of approx 64 services
c Support ADNOC business users during User Acceptance Testing
d Bridge the gap between Business Users and Development teams
e Responsible for overall functional integrity of the end product from Self Service perspective
- Technical Experience : a Have an understanding on Personnel Administration, Time Management and Payroll
b Have an basic knowledge on Self Services Functionality Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and HR Admin Services
c Basic knowledge on HR/HCM Workflow functionality d Experienced in SAP HCM for 8 years
- Professional Attributes : a Should have good communication Skills b Should be a good team player c Will be able to work independently and under pressure d Should have good logical and analytical thinking
