  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : a Conduct workshop remote gather all requirements required for the implementation of Personnel Administration and Organizational Management b Build Functional Specification for Personnel Administration and Organizational Management related requirements c Perform Configuration or maintain data in custom tables for the requirements d Create Test scripts for the requirements captured as part of customization e Support business users in documentation of technical test scenarios
    • Technical Experience : a Experienced in SAP S/4 HANA SAP HCM b Have an understanding on Personnel Administration, Time Management and Payroll covering UAE, SG, IN, CN, KSA c Have an basic knowledge on Self Services Functionality Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and HR Admin Services d Basic knowledge on HR/HCM Workflow functionality e Experienced in SAP HCM for 5-8 years
    • Professional Attributes : a Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in a global environment b Should be able to work with the customer independently c Should be able to lead the team d Maintain customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and deliver a high level of responsiveness
