  • Job Requirements :

    • Key Responsibilities : A: Requirement gathering designing the solution, configuration of point to point replication, gross-to-et payroll and payroll control center for EC Payroll B: Setting up productized integrations with other SF Components such as EC Time Off, EC TimeSheet C: Lead testing cycles and deployment D: Coordinate with SAP for product related issues E: Deploy EC Payroll specific HRSPs
    • Technical Experience : A: Should have 7 years exp in SAP Payroll implementation including 3 years experience in EC Payroll B: Experience must for- Configuration of gross-to-net payroll with configuration of schema, rules, operations, features, creation of payments deduction wages and wage type catalogs, defining pay structure, employee sub group and personnel sub area grouping for primary wage type, customization of payroll journal, remuneration statement/pay stub and setting up symbolic accounts and finance posting
    • Professional Attributes : A: Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management B: Should have good communication skills and ability to lead design workshops and explain industry leading practices; Should have good communication skil
    • Educational Qualification : A: Should have at least bachelors degree, post-graduation desirable
    • Additional Information : A: Should be SAP Certified in EC Payroll B: Expertise in SF Employee Central will be a value
