  • Technical Experience : 1 Need resource who have hands on experience in HR ABAP 2 Good knowledge on - OOPS ABAP, ABAP on HANA 3 Should have good understanding of basic module PA, Oms 4 Need hands on knowledge of using HR macros
    
  • Professional Attributes : 1 Should have good client facing skills 2 Should lead a team and meet the deadlines within SLA 3 Strong Communication and interpersonal skills 4 Able to work under pressure to achieve the targeted outcomes
