  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Must have the Ability to ensure all issues are resolved on time 2 Must have the Ability to ensure all defined SLAs for resolving incidents are met 3 Will be responsible to ensure that incident management and change management processes are strictly adhered to 4 Resource needs to do get a broad understanding of multiple DD applications 5 Must be able to deliver single Point of contact for all escalations and issues in all application they manage
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Experience in working closely with a team of frontend and backend engineers product managers and analysts 2 Experience in designs data integrations and data quality framework 3 Experience in designs and evaluates open source and vendor tools for data lineage 4 Resource should closely work with all business units and collaborative teams to develop strategy for long term data platform architecture
