  • Key Responsibilities : a: Work with team to manage and maintain SAP application and infrastructure b: Overall knowledge on Network an Infrastructure c: Resource should have majorly worked on technical support role d: Resource should be capable of resolving critical incidents e: Resource should identify potential risks in the system and should give resolutions / recommendations accordingly f: Resource should be able to handle the client and calls
    
  • Technical Experience : a: Resource should have Strong technical skills in SAP Basis b: Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability to analyze and determine root cause and provide resolution for complex issues c: Co-ordinating with Technical teams
