Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.

  • Key Responsibilities : a Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing timely solutions b Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project
    
  • Technical Experience : a Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test and debug programs b Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration functions of high complexity c Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as providing on call support as required by the team
    
  • Professional Attributes : a Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions b Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions c Ensure meet all SLAs in assigned incidents and tasks
