  • Key Responsibilities : a Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact b Perform Code Review, Code Optimization, optimize performance on APEX c create technical design from Functional design/Requirement d Able troubleshoot complex issues with debugging skills e Perform Impact analysis
    
  • Technical Experience : a Must have Salesforce Lightning, Apex Customization, Integration SOAP REST API skills b Must have experience in deisgning applications using Design Patterns c Must have SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model d Must be Technically skilled in Salesforce Configuration and Customization e Must have Hands on Customization experience in Sales/Service cloud, APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components
    
  • Professional Attributes : a Must have Good Communication skill b Capable of Client facing roles c Capable of leading delivery teams
