- Key Responsibilities : 1 Help drive the product vision and high-level strategy to support Sales compensation and crediting accuracy process 2 Understand, analyze, and translate business and marketing requirements into functional requirements, supporting documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria 3 Drive feature assessment, requirements gathering, sprint planning, and documentation 4 Develop and own user stories and acceptance criteria that represents the requirements provided by the business
- Technical Experience : 1 Salesforce Service Cloud Certifications would be the best fit for the role we are currently looking for
2 Candidates should have worked or should be currently working as Salesforce Product Owners/Business Analysts/Functional Consultants
