  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process2 Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers within the team3 Collaborate with other Project stakeholders to help determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications4 Own project Plan creation and updates5 Provide corrective actions in case of deviations from the Project Plan. 6 Able to prepare and lead weekly Project Review meetings
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Experience in software development and coding in various languages - C hash, .NET, Java etc2 A technical mindset with great attention to detail to guide project teams on technical challenges3 Expertise in Development methodologies and processes to lead process improvements within the team4 Should Handle Salesforce Administration
