  • Key Responsibilities : a Plan and Schedule deployments between sandbox environments and perform Periodic Refreshes of Sandboxes b Monitor, Plan and execute scheduled releases for multiple salesforce instances c Own and continually improve the release process by documenting release issues and developing plans to improve process or automation d Admin/Developer certified in Copado e Should be aware of Configuration and Usage of Copado in CI/CD
    
  • Technical Experience : a Prepare release notes and communicate release status to stakeholders and teams b Work closely with development staff to resolve build problems addressing backward code sync issues and merge conflicts c Manage proper tracking of released components in version control tools d Responsible for maintaining consistency between Salesforce sandbox environments from Development through QA, UAT and Production e Salesforcecom certification Developer Certification Advance Developer Certification is a plus
    
  • Professional Attributes : a Any additional knowledge on DevOps Tools such as Jenkins and Other Deployment tools such as AutoRabit would be a plus b Have experience in working with multi-location development team c Working with the Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence etc would be a good option
    
  • Educational Qualification : a BCA, MCA, MSC, BSC, MTECH, BTECH, ME, BE
