  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Senior System Architect responsible for majority of the application analysis, design, development, and configuration 2 Experience leading successful delivery of release with team reporting 3 Experience in designing the application, orchestrating the process flows, SLA, Skill based routing 4 Experience in Integration with Database, External systems via SOAP/REST services, JMS, MQ 5 Involved in implementation of application framework
    
  • Technical Experience : 1 Minimum 5 Plus years hands on experience on PRPC Implementation 2 Experience in defining Class structure, data model, Indexing and Reporting 3 Experience in Code quality measures like Code reviews 4 Thorough understanding of Ruleset hierarchy and building reusable components,environments involved and the deployment activities 5 Experience in Pega frameworks like CS, CSHC, CWS, CMF 6 Mandatory certification in CSA, CSSA Good to have: CUIS, CCSA or CPMC
