  • Key Responsibilities : 1 Experience leading successful delivery of release/releases with team reporting to him/her 2 Thorough understanding of SDLC process and deliverables across each phase 3 Minimum 6 years hands on experience on PRPC Implementation 4 Experience in designing the application, orchestrating the process flows, SLA, Skill based routing 5 Experience in Integration with Database, External systems via SOAP/REST services, JMS, MQ 6 Experience in defining Class structure, data model, Indexing and Reporting
    
  • Technical Experience : 9 Thorough understanding of Ruleset hierarchy and building re-usable components 10 Good Hands-on of HTML, Javascript, PL/SQL programming 11 Thorough understanding of environments involved and the deployment activities 12 Experience in Pega frameworks like CS, CSHC, CWS, CMF, 13 Understanding of project level metrics 14 Mandatory Certifications: CSA, CSSA , Optional: CUIS/ CCSA/CPMC 15 Experience in application development/system integration want to avoid profiles with experience predominantly
